Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

I'd like to be able to use the capabilities of the MCP server in Github Copilot chat on github.com, for incidental questions as I'm browsing the site. Presently it seems it is only available for IDE extensions.

This presumably would avoid the issues in Github Copilot chats on the website that end in "I wasn't able to access this data due to API limitations" but could be answered by the MCP server.
