This one was somewhat tricky to reproduce, but it happens occasionally. To reproduce:

• Open web terminal
• Do not resize the window
• Type a command that typically goes over multiple lines (e.g. htop, coder)
• When you do resize, it does snap to fix

You may have to try it 5-10 times to get it to overflow.
