By setting globally defined typography styles we make sure that our design is consistent and speed up the development process for future changes. No more guessing what's the appropriate font style

The font styles are close to the Tailwind defaults but some have custom adjustments e.g. larger line height

Note: this change needs to be thoroughly tested for light and dark theme and for all most viewed screens. It shouldn't break any existing designs as it's quite close to most of the existing styles.
