Add a data source to Terraform provider: coder_deployment with the following values

• operating_system
• arch
• access_url

Why do you want this feature?

The Docker template currently asks the user for these. Without correct values, it wouldn't function across all systems.

Are there any workarounds to get this functionality today?

User manually inputs it
