  • When adding related documents, you can only add documents that exist in the same locale as the document you're editing
  • When displaying related documents, if you are viewing a translated document in a non-en-US locale, you should see related documents translated to that locale.

I happened to notice an issue with this PR - I'm setting it to draft pending a revision.
