Description

This is intended to be a ticket to consolidate the coordination of what should be included in a v10.0.0 release.

• Change default of allow_zero_version to false

• Change default commit parser to ConventionalCommits

• Change name of legacy Angular parser to ConventionalCommits

• Change default changelog mode to update rather than init

• Change default changelog format

• Deprecate original tag parser
