This issue was raised three years ago and has yet to be fixed！
Does not take effect when you write loading="lazy" in <a-image loading="lazy"/>
I suspect Antd's global loading conflict with it.

What does the proposed API look like?

a-image should add an additional attribute 'lazy' to control whether loading='lazy' is added to the native img tag
