Scott Disick’s Relationship History: In Photos — Scott Disick is a New York-born reality star, best known for his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian. Their on-off relationship was well-documented on ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ and even after their split Scott, who shares children Mason, Penelope, and Reign with the Poosh founder, remained a fixture on the family reality show. His struggles with substance abuse and family played out over ‘KUWTK’s 20 seasons, with the Kardashian-Jenners always at his side.

After he and Kourtney ended things for good in 2015, his next serious relationship was with Sofia Richie, daughter of singer Lionel Richie. The pair split in May of 2020 and after that, he dated Amelia Hamlin, Lisa Rinna’s model daughter who was 18 years Scott’s junior. They broke up in Sep. 2021.

A few short years later, Kourtney and Scott welcomed their second child, a daughter named Penelope, on July 8, 2012, and finally welcomed their third child, son Reign, on December 14, 2014/ Despite the ebbs and flows of their relationship, being parents has become a major priority for Scott and Kourtney.

Unfortunately, Kourtney ended their longtime romance for good in 2015 after years of trying to help Scott through his issues. They remained close co-parents, but a rift between the two began once Kourtney fell for Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker in 2021.

They’ve since tried to put their differences aside. As a source EXCLUSIVELY told Hollywoodlife, “Kourtney knows that Scott sees Travis isn’t going anywhere, and that he only wants the best for Kourtney and the kids. Kourtney has always hoped for a good relationship between Travis and Scott so she’s thankful to see that Scott can put his differences aside for the sake of the kids.”
