Roseanne Barr opened up on meeting Donald Trump, describing him as the person who "wraps his arms around us."

The comedienne spoke about chatting to the former president and revealed the advice she gave to "fix him" during an appearance on the Real America's Voice network.

"I lost control of myself," the controversial actress revealed and told how Trump helped allay her nerves. "He so gently rearranged my arms."

They eventually hugged before Barr told him, "we all love you and pray for you, we know that you the only one with balls."

Barr went on to give Trump a "high compliment" by describing him as a "mother bear."

"A dad bear, they'll go out and kill all the others. That's one thing and it's cool. But Trump wraps his arms around us," she said.

She was then asked what advice she had for the 2024 presidential hopeful.

"Laugh a little more. Have a little more fun and try to relax a little bit. More than you do. And you know, pray a little bit more. Feel the love of the people a little bit more. And I think that'll fix him," Barr said.

Barr previously revealed she had voted for Trump in the 2016 election and vowed to vote for him again should he win the Republican nomination.

She is no stranger to courting controversy and was even fired from a reboot of her own TV sitcom, Roseanne, after tweeting what was described as racist remarks about White House aide Valerie Jarrett, who is Black.

At the time Barr said she wouldn't have tweeted the joke had she known Jarrett was Black, and that she would have apologized on air. ABC decided to fire her and brought the show back as The Connors, with her character killed off.

More recently, she was called out for comments she made on the podcast Triggered with Donald Trump Jr., where she claimed Jewish and Black people were "mind controlled."

"Part of classism is racism," Barr said while speaking to Trump Jr.

"I don't think anything is going to wake up the Jews and the Blacks who vote Democrat. They're so severely mind controlled .. I don't think they can get it."

Barr seemed to be making a career comeback when she launched her new podcast, The Roseanne Barr Podcast.

But within a couple of months she threatened to quit YouTube, one of the platforms where fans can watch her podcast.

"Newsletter sign up call," she wrote on X, formerly Twitter in September. "I'll probably be leaving YouTube after their constant and absolute bulls***—sign up if you want to keep in touch and updated. Thanks again!"

She remains on YouTube and her most recent upload was on Friday.
