It seems like the
Package.swifttrying to reuse the source code of the xcode project is not buildable by Swift 5.8.1 (or 5.9.2 for what matters). This just generates an independent default executable package withswift package init(using swift 5.8.1).
Thanks for looking into this!
FYI: I can see that while __action-integration-test.yml uses 5.8, __swift-prebuild.yml uses 6.0.1.
