This PR removes the link to the outdated OSPO newsletter page from the README.md file so that users do not click on misleading links.
- Removed the "Internal OSPO newsletters" link from the miscellaneous section in the README.md.

OSPO newsletter link goes to an outdated page with little information (https://github.com/github/github-ospo/tree/main/newsletter%20template). I suggest removing it so folks don't click through it.
