What does this PR do?
This PR incorporate the work of @flevi29 (thanks to him ❤️) on transforming the Key action from an enum to a bitflag.
However, the work is not finished, and another contributor, @CodeMan62, already started the work #5495.
This branch is a reference branch for all the work made on this feature.
