mozilla/sumo#2327

I've updated the metadata descriptions of 18 topics from the original topic definitions that Josh created with input from support agents. The updated metadata descriptions help the LLM better distinguish between the topics and avoid common classification "flip-flops".

Here are the 18 topics with "description" metadata modified from Josh's original (for reference in case it's helpful later):

  1. Backup, recovery, and sync
  2. Sync data
  3. Audio and video
  4. PiP
  5. History
  6. Browse > History > Cookies
  7. Home screen
  8. Dashboard
  9. New tab
  10. Tabs
  11. Download and save
  12. Downloads
  13. Themes
  14. Autofill
  15. Browser appearance
  16. Import and export settings
  17. Add-ons, extensions, and themes
  18. Password autofill

I've also added a few examples for some of the topics, as a starting point. The examples were selected from moderated questions that had been "solved".

I've successfully run this data migration locally.
