So far so good, but probably should have Indic properties, because it has a killer. Analyzed as an alphabet otherwise, so we should probably just define consonants and vowels. For InSC: 16D80, 82, 83, 86, 89, 8F, 92 Vowel, the rest of the letters are Consonant. 16D9D Pure_Killer 16D98 Bindu 16DA0..A9 Number. For InPC: 16D98 Top; 16D9D Bottom.

[UTC-181-C61] Consensus: UTC accepts for encoding in Unicode 17.0 the following 228 characters for new scripts for which code points have previously been provisionally assigned: 50 characters for Beria Erfe script, 40 characters for Chisoi script, 29 characters for Sidetic script, 55 characters for Tai Yo script, and 54 characters for Tolong Siki script.
